Mr. Quinn was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned a B.A. from the University of Georgia in 2001. He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005. Mr. Quinn is licensed to practice law in Georgia. He is admitted to all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
