Founding member, Bryan A. Downs, was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He attended Presbyterian College and earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1985. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990. Mr. Downs is licensed to practice law in Georgia. He is admitted to all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
